Home Health Care Aide Visits

 

Our home health aides provide personal care and hygiene needs for

patient's in their homes. These tasks will follow the care plan that is inside

of each patient's home. The daily activities that home health aides can

help with would be bathing, assisting with getting dressed, light housekeeping,

certain physical therapy exercises, medication reminders, and even

respite care for primary caretakers. 

 

Skilled Supervised Visits

 

In each supervised visit, a skilled supervisor will make sure everything with each patient's care plan is up to date, make sure the patient's medication is up to date, and if a specimen needed to be collected a the skilled supervisor will come to the clients home to collect it; unless the doctor states otherwise. 

 

Specialist Services

In certain cases Loving Care Agency of Elkhart County Inc. will do night shifts, transportation for doctor visits, and homemaking/ companion shifts.
